WALNUT COVE, NC, June 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Phase 1: Oil collectors can use boots, boats cans, bottles, ships, vacs or can buy our custom system that can collect thousands of gallons per hour. Permit fee will be 5 cent per gallon; example: $50 permit gives the collector the right to collect 1,000 gal. BP will pay collector .55 cent per gallon.

Phase 2: Oil storage agent will buy permits at 5 cent per gal., furnish tanks /pumps etc. BP will pay storage agent .25 cent per gallon for storage.

Phase 3 - Cleaning agent; Fee is same as above. Agent will furnish cleaning equipment and be paid 55 cents per gallon of separate oil and clean water.

This would also speed up the beach and coastline clean up and and avoid a lot of paperwork.

Families and groups can work together and make a lot of money and do the world a lot of good.
