Advantage Rigging has Received Approval for Its Slip Resistant Nylon Lifting Sling by a Power Company
Slip and wear resistant nylon lifting sling and strap has been approved for material handling by a power company and is currently being tested by other major power companies.

GILBERT, AZ, June 03, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Advantage Rigging's patent-pending Slip and Wear Resistant Nylon Sling has been approved by a power company in the southwest for use in material handling. Also, several other major power companies are testing their feasibility in the lifting of tapered steel power poles. This is a growing market as the tapered steel poles are becoming a very popular replacement for the wooden poles. One of the problems has been that the tapered poles are difficult to handle, this is where our slip resistant nylon lifting sling is used. The poles are lifted using the sling in the choker configuration. While we are still in the testing phase the primarily results are promising.
