Dr. Varde has almost 25 years of overall professional experience. As the director of product development, he is responsible for developing new products and improving current products. He received his Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University, and his Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai in India. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration.
