Cambridge Who's Who Names Germaine Watts Professional of the Year in Organizational Development

Ms. Watts has cultivated her expertise in organizational development throughout her two decades of professional experience. For the past decade, she has served in various management roles, including the director of organization development for NB Power, one of Canada's leading providers of energy and electrical services. Her position primarily entails working with senior managers designing and conducting organizational development programs and initiatives. She also performs international work, including training, public speaking, and facilitation. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Ms. Watts holds a master's degree in industrial relations, and continuing education in organizational development and psychology.
